Nimali unveils Nimali Ilaroi House, Tanzania
Nimali has opened the doors to Nimali Ilaroi House, an exclusive-use safari home on a granite kopje (outcrop) overlooking Tarangire National Parkโs eastern boundary in Tanzania. This five-suite, ten-guest private residence sits within a 10,000-acre conservancy that is home to elephants, lions and leopards.

Nimali Ilaroi House’s position gives the house views across the surrounding wilderness, while curved walls, natural tones and wide glass openings allow the architecture to sit quietly within the land. The word Ilaroi means buffalo in Maa, the language of the Maasai people.
The conservancy supports wildlife movement and community-based conservation, while initiatives such as beekeeping and local honey harvesting connect guests directly to the land and the people who help care for it.
