British Airways launches direct flight to St. Louis
British Airways has expanded its transatlantic network with the launch of a new direct service from London Heathrow to St. Louis, Missouri. The new route makes British Airways the only UK airline to offer direct flights to St. Louis, famous for the Gateway Arch.

Flights will begin on 19 April 2026 and operate four times per week throughout the summer season. The launch coincides with the 100th anniversary of Route 66, the ‘Mother Road’ โ the highway that begins in Chicago and winds through St. Louis on its way to Los Angeles.
Experience Kissimmee launches Latin Culinary Trail
Experience Kissimmee, in collaboration withย Atlas Obscura, has unveiled theย Latin Culinary Trail, celebrating the Hispanic and Latino heritage of Osceola County. Travellers are increasingly seeking destinations through the lens of local cuisine, looking for flavours that tell the story of a place.

The Latin Culinary Trail brings together restaurants, cafรฉs, food trucks and bars, giving visitors an immersive taste of Kissimmeeโs culinary scene. The trail launches with 20 curated restaurants and food spots, aiming to give travellers and residents a deeper understanding of the people, traditions, and flavours that have shaped Kissimmeeโs food landscape.
Sculpture by the Sea returns to Sydney
Sculpture by the Seaย returns to Bondi Beach from 17 October to 3 November 2025, transforming the coastal walk into the worldโs largest free outdoor sculpture exhibition. Featuring over 100 artists from 18 countries, the event showcases contemporary works ranging from stone and bronze pieces to interactive and environmental art.

With Australian talents like Vince Vozzo and Alex Seton alongside international artists, visitors can enjoy a fusion of art and nature. Entry is free, with voluntary donations supporting the artists and future exhibitions.ย
Return of Kids’ Free San Diego
This October, San Diego is bringing back one of the most family-friendly travel initiatives in the USA: Kids’ Free San Diego. From October 1โ31, children 12 and under can enjoy free admission at more than 60 attractions, museums, tours, and experiences when accompanied by a paying adult.

Highlights include the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND California Resort, the USS Midway Museum and Birch Aquarium at Scripps. Hotels, restaurants, and tour operators are also participating, offering complimentary meals, activities, and stays for younger guests.
Highline Warsaw debuts
Developer Magnicity has unveiled attraction Highline Warsaw, situated on top of the tallest building in the European Union, the 310-metre Varso Tower in Poland’s capital. The 53rd-floor terrace and panoramic observation point offers a fresh perspective on Warsaw’s landmarks such as the Palace of Culture and Science, and the Vistula River.

The 49th floor is home to HighGarden, a rooftop bar and 400 mยฒ green terrace. Surrounded by cutting-edge architecture including steel and glass plus and natural elements, the entertainment space features a bar serving cocktails accompanied by live music.
Pura Aventura adds Bolivia to portfolio
